Novamax provides D-Sub connector backshells that include a power input feature, ideal for creating custom interface cables that combine serial communication (RS422/RS232) with DC power input. These backshells are available in various cable entry sizes and include two common sizes for power input connectors. They can also be customized with labeling and, optionally, a built-in PCB to accommodate your electronics.
Our shielded D-Sub backshell electrical connectors are constructed from aluminum, feature a broad operating temperature range (-50°C to 100°C), and provide excellent EMI/RFI protection.
